 As a member of the New York City Ballet, Mr. Fleming danced principal and soloist roles in works by George Balanchine and Jerome Robbins.  Mr. Fleming has also served as the Artistic Director of the Compañia Colombiana de Ballet in Colombia S.A. and Bay Ballet Theatre and International Ballet Theatre in the USA.

Mr. Fleming has been a Guest Teacher for many major ballet companies and schools internationally as well as major Universities in the United States.  As a Teacher and Coach, he has been involved in international competitions including the New York International Ballet Compeptition, the Jackson Competition, the Cuban Nationals, The International Competitions in Helsinki and Moscow, as well as the Youth America Grand Prix in the USA.  He has coached and choreographed dozens of pieces in particular work for Isaac Hernandez and Christine Shevchenko who have won gold and bronze respectively at the Moscow and Jackson Competitions.  For the last IBC (Jackson) he was invited to be one of only two teachers for the competitor's daily class.

He has choreographed a broad variety of works appearing in the repertoire of companies including The Atlanta Ballet, Sarasota Ballet, Southern Ballet Theatre, Orlando Ballet, Ballet Concierto, Dayton Ballet, The Ohio Ballet, Long Island Ballet Theatre, The State Ballet of St. Petersburg and The Czech National Ballet.

Mr. Fleming has directed for the stage an International tour of the play "K2".  His Musical Theatre choreography include the world premiere of "Honky-Tonk Angels" the Garth Brooks musical, Off-Broadway for "Anne Frank and Me" at the American Jewish Theatre.  In addition he has choreographed "The Lion, The Witch, and The  Wardrobe" and "Candide" for the Hal Prince Theatre in Philadelphia, as well as numerous Operas in the USA.  Mr. Fleming can also be seen on MTV's hit show MADE as the Ballet Coach.

His choreographic awards include Silver Medals at the Festival Des Arts Des St. Sauveur in Quebec, the Silver Medal from San Juan Competition and the Special Choreographic Award from the Youth American Grand Prix.
