Community Assistant Training

All Community Assistants are required to participate in all scheduled training and staff development sessions. At the end of the spring semester there will be one day long training session that will take place on Saturday May 16th, 2009. Intensive training will take place prior to the opening of the residence halls. In addition, all new Community Assistants will be required to take part in a 5 week long CA seminar that will meet weekly during the semester. This seminar will serve as a continuation of training and will help new CAs transition into their role as a Community Assistant.
