Goucher College President Sanford J. Ungar discusses why he and more than 100 college and university presidents nationwide have signed the Amythyst Initiative, which calls on lawmakers to discuss current alcohol policies and develop new ideas on how best to prepare young adults to make responsible decisions about alcohol use.
