Winter Break Housing Request

If you are planning on residing on campus anytime between 10pm on December 18th, 2009 and 9am on January 24th, 2010 you must complete the Winter Break Housing request Form.

Important Information Regarding Housing Black-Out Dates

NO STUDENTS MAY RESIDE ON CAMPUS BETWEEN THURSDAY DECEMBER 24TH, 2009 AND SUNDAY JANUARY 3RD, 2010.

GOUCHER COLLEGE WILL BE OFFICIALLY CLOSED BEGINNING ON THURSDAY DECEMBER 24TH, 2009 AND WILL RE-OPEN ON MONDAY JANUARY 4TH.

REQUESTS COMPLETED FROM DECEMBER 24th, 2009 UNTIL JANUARY 3RD, 2010 WILL NOT BE REVIEWED UNTIL JANUARY 4TH, 2010.

There is a $35 a night charge per night connected to residing on campus during winter break. The maximum amount any student will be charged is $150 for the entire break.

REQUEST DUE DATES

Please review the following due dates and submit your request accordingly.

If you are planning on staying on campus between 10pm on December 18th, 2009 and 5pm on December 23rd, 2009, please complete your application by Thursday December 17th, 2009 at 5pm.

If you are planning on arriving back on campus between January 4th and January 8th, 2010, please complete your application by Thursday December 17th, 2009 at 5pm.

If you are planning on arriving back on campus between January 9th and January23rd, 2010, please complete your application 5 business days prior to your anticipated arrival.
