Faculty Secretary
Goucher College seeks a full-time, 11-month Faculty Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to faculty and administrative staff supporting the Humanities and the Social Sciences at Goucher College. Responsibilities include but are not limited to special projects, office work flow, appointments, budgets, and records control. The incumbent will provide duties and handle materials of a confidential and sensitive nature. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and a minimum of three years experience, preferably in higher education. Candidates must be highly organized, detail oriented, flexible, have excellent computer and proofreading skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Scheduler Plus. Knowledge of Share Point a plus.
