Pilates Instructor

The Pilates Center at Goucher College is seeking two full-time certified instructors to teach in our fully equipped studio in Baltimore, MD. The college offers private, semi-private, and mat classes to a diverse clientele and is directly affiliated with the Goucher College dance department. We are currently seeking two enthusiastic instructors to join our staff on a full-time basis. All applicants must be certified by the Pilates Studio or by Romana’s Pilates. Job responsibilities: The position reports directly to the Director of the Pilates Studio and is responsible for student evaluations, private/group instruction, and light administrative duties. About the facility: The Pilates Center is currently staffed by 3 full-time and 5 part-time teachers. Current equipment includes: 3 reformers, 3 wall units, 2 large barrels, 3 small barrels, 2 electric chairs, 1 cadillac, 3 wunda chairs, 2 pedi-poles, 2 foot correctors, 2 sand bags, and 30 portable mats and magic circles. Mat classes and private classes are offered 6 days a week.
