Vehicle Policies & Forms
In order to address safety and liability concerns, a campus working group developed, and the President approved, two policies relating to the use of (1) College-owned and leased vehicles and (2) personal vehicles in connection with College-sponsored activities. These policies can be downloaded by following the links below. In addition, a print copy of the Personal Vehicle Policy is available for review in the Office of Campus Security and Safety.
The policies contain important information about driver eligibility requirements, insurance coverage and the responsibilities of employees and students who use College-owned or leased vehicles or personal vehicles in connection with College-sponsored activities. We encourage you to read the policies carefully and direct any questions to your supervisor, the Director of Campus Security and Safety or the Director of Business and Auxiliary Services.
