Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Goucher College is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant (19 hours per week) to provide clerical support to the Information Technology division and the Vice President for Technology and Planning. Duties include clerical responsibility for budgets and payments, supervision of student workers, maintenance of long distance telephone access, and supervision of the campus switchboard. The ideal candidate will possess superior customer skills, efficient work habits, exceptional organizational skills, and a superior attention to detail. Expertise in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office, as well as desire to acquire new computer skills, is a necessity. Ability to act independently and confidentially, yet function as a member of a team will be considered a tremendous and necessary asset. High School diploma required, college education or established work history preferred.
