Billing Information and Important Dates
Fall Semester Billing
Fall semester billing packet is mailed on or about July 9 and includes the following:
- Statement of Account: Deposits paid, fall charges & financial aid (credited and estimated pending aid not yet credited to the student's account)
- Health Insurance Packet: Information will be mailed to students by Hulse/QM. For more information contact Hulse/QM at 800 434-3695 extension 2. The 2008/09 Enrollment/Waiver will be available in July 2008 Enroll/Waive Insurance

- Meal Plan Information and Selection Card

- How To Read Your Statement of Account information sheet
Payment Due Date: August 4, 2008
($150 Late fee is charged if payment is not received by this date)
Monthly bills are mailed on or about September 15, October 15 and November 15 where the account has either a debit or credit balance. Accounts with a balance due should remit this amount upon receipt of the statement. Credit balances are not refunded automatically unless required under TITLE IV regulations or the student no longer attends the college. All other credit balances will be refunded if requested.

Miscellaneous Charges
In addition to the tuition and housing charges, other miscellaneous charges may appear on the student's statement of account:
- Health Center charges: (entered by the Health Center) contact them for details: 410-337-6050

- Room Damage Charges: (entered by the Office of Community Living) request details via email communityliving@goucher.edu

Spring Semester Billing
Spring semester billing packet is mailed on or about December 7, and includes the following:
- Statement of Account: Spring charges and financial aid (credited and estimated pending aid not yet credited to the student's account)
- Meal Plan Change Card - students are charged for the same meal plan they selected for the fall term and need only complete this card if they are selecting another meal plan for the spring term
Note: Students who did not attend Goucher for the fall term will receive a packet similar to the one mailed in the fall.

Accounts with a balance due should remit this amount upon receipt of the statement.
