Billing Packet & Important Dates
The Fall 2012 semester E-Billing statement and detailed Billing information will be available on or around July 8, 2012
Fall Payment Due Date: August 4, 2012
($200 Late fee is charged if payment is not received by this date)
Spring Semester Billing
Spring semester E-Billing Statement will be available on or about December 8, 2011. The Billing packet will no longer be mailed to the bill payer. Please review the following important Billing information.

- E-Billing Statement of Account: Students will automatically receive the E-Billing notification on December 8, 2011. Students must grant access to parents to receive E-Billing notification. Go to www.goucher.edu/webpaygrantingaccess for instructions. The statement will include: deposits paid, spring charges and financial aid (estimated pending aid not yet credited to the student's account)
- Meal Plan options or submit a meal change (Spring submissions begin 11/21/11 deadline to change spring meal plan is 2/6/12)

- Goucher Health Insurance Enrollment/Waiver information will be mailed to new and transfer students and will include online login instructions. All new or transfer students must enroll or waive Goucher Health insurance. firststudent.com The deadline to respond, 2/28/12.
- Frequently Asked Questions
Monthly statements will be available on or about March 15, April 15 and May 15 for accounts with a debit or credit balance. Accounts with a balance due should remit this amount upon receipt of the statement. Credit balances are not refunded automatically unless required under Title IV regulations or the student no longer attends the college. All other credit balances will be refunded if requested. (see Refund Policy)
