Visit a Class

Education without boundaries. If you've been reading any of our literature, you've probably seen this phrase.  And you know what?  It's so true. Goucher students and faculty are engaged, and our classrooms are dynamic--and what better way to know than to visit a class for yourself? 

In the Fall and early Spring, class visits are limited to high school seniors and transfer students, and in late Spring these visits are also available to high school juniors traveling from great distances.  Due to high demand, each prospective student is limited to one class visit, which must be scheduled at least ten days in advance. We will make every effort to provide you with a class visit that matches your academic interests, and when you call to arrange your time on campus, we'll have a list of the subjects available on the day you plan to visit.  Keep in mind that not all classes will be available every day due to a variety of reasons including, for instance, exams.  Reminder: class visits are for students only.  While students are in class, parents and family are certainly welcome to look into options for a campus tour or group information session, or to explore other parts of our campus, including the Athenaeum.
