Learn about the application process. We’ll try to keep it simple. Before you apply, read through our FAQ and become acquainted with how to prepare for Goucher.
All students should apply using the Common Application, and most apply through the Common App website. You’ll also need to submit the Goucher Supplement—just a few basic details about you that the Common App doesn't cover. Our supplement is available on the Common App website, and you should submit it at the same time as your application. You can take a look at the supplement (PDF) before you fill in the online form on the Common App website. There are also several other requirements for a complete application.
If you’re a visiting student or not seeking a degree from Goucher, you’ll use a form for non-degree candidates. And, if you’re applying to Goucher from outside the U.S., you’ll need to address some considerations for international students.
You’ll also need to consider things like our admissions deadlines and whether to submit test scores. Remember that SAT Reasoning and ACT with writing scores are optional in Goucher’s admissions process—but still required for consideration for merit funding.
And finally, you might have some questions that nearly every applicant does. Be sure to check out our answers to your common questions. |
