Assistant Professor of Religious Studies
Goucher College invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor in Religious Studies beginning August, 2008. The successful candidate will have a primary specialization in how religion illuminates the social sciences and will teach a broad range of courses such as Religion and Politics, Religion and Media, New Religious Movements. Preference will be given to qualified candidates interested in developing courses for the college’s first-year seminar or courses with interdisciplinary, international, or ecological emphases. Ph.D required at time of appointment.
