Research Specialist

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Development Research, Goucher College seeks a Research Specialist to coincide with the public launch of its capital campaign. Using various media, electronic databases, and manual research tools, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting proactive and reactive research of donor prospects; preparing biographical materials for travel, events and visits; coordinating the flow of information to the central donor files and donor information systems; and supervising student employees.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, or high school diploma with equivalent work experience. Innate curiosity, computer skills, and experience with fundraising and/or alumni databases are a plus.
