Announcing Help Desk Extended Hours

Due to the increased demand for help desk assistance at night, Information Technology is pleased to announce that we are extending our service hours.

The new hours will be 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays. The physical location of the help desk will remain the same (Van Meter Hall 162) from 8 a.m.  to 5 p.m. and a staff member will be located in the Center for Teaching, Learning and Technology (CTLT) offices (in the Julia Rogers Library) from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

This change will allow members of the Goucher community to call 410-337-6322 (or just 6322 from on-campus) up until 9 p.m. to speak with a staff member about technology questions or issues.
