Getting involved

One of the best ways to get to know people and make the most of your college experience is simply to jump in and engage your interests. At Goucher, you’ll find a lot of support.

The college offers more than 70 student-run clubs to suit just about any interest, from African dance to ultimate frisbee. Students also enjoy boundless leadership opportunities through community service, student government, and co-curricular activities.

Our students also participate in well-established community-service programs and undertake wide-ranging internships. Our student athletes compete in 17 NCAA Division III sports and in national equestrian events.

Goucher students are a lively, creative, and independent-thinking bunch. If you can’t find something that suits your interests, remember that there’s plenty of support if you want to start something new.
