ACDFA 2008 at Goucher College Lodging Information

Goucher College is located 8 miles north of Baltimore, in the suburb of Towson, MD.  You may view a map of the campus by clicking here.  In order to make your trip to the ACDFA Mid-Atlantic Region Conference as enjoyable as possible we have arranged for convention rates at two of our major local hotels, the Sheraton Baltimore North and the Holiday Inn Baltimore-Towson. The Sheraton Baltimore North is located next to the college and is within a 5 minute walk to the various facilities on campus, and a 5 minute drive to the Carver Center for Arts and Technology. The Holiday Inn is approximately 3 miles from the campus and you will need your own transportation to and from this hotel. Several other hotels are within a 6 miles radius of the campus but do not have a special rate for the conference. To make reservations, please contact the hotels directly.

  • Only 50 rooms available - first come, first serve basis. Special rates are available with arrival date of Wednesday, March 12 and departure Sunday, March 16, 2008. Hotel is willing to extend special rate 2 days prior to major check-in and 2 days following major check-out based on availability.

The following hotels are also within close driving distance to the festival activities (approximately a 10 - 15 minute drive). However, no special rate has been established with these hotels. Individuals may contact each establishment directly to reserve rooms.
