LeaderShape
A nationally recognized leadership development program, LeaderShape is a six-day leadership training experience headquartered in Champaign, IL. Goucher students are able to petition the Student Government Association for their registration and transportation to and from the program every year. Student participants are encouraged to have "a healthy disregard for the impossible" and lead their lives with integrity. All participants are also required to implement a program of their choosing in their home communities after they attend the LeaderShape national sessions.
