When will my fall semester bill be mailed?
Your bill will be mailed on or around July 8, 2009.
When is my fall semester bill due?
Your bill will be due on or before August 4, 2009. If it is received after this date, a $150.00 late fee will be assessed.
How can I pay my bill?
We accept checks and wire transfers as payments. Cash is accepted in the Student Administrative Services office during regular business hours. Please include your student’s Goucher ID number on all checks. For payment instructions, visit www.goucher.edu/billing and select Payment Options.
Can I pay my bill with my credit card?
No, Goucher does not accept credit card payments for tuition account payments. However,TuitionPay (Sallie Mae) provides a credit card processing service for Goucher College. For more information contact TuitionPay: 1-800-635-0120 Please note: You will be charged a fee based on the amount charged.
Is my student’s account number the same as his or her social security number?
No, a student’s Goucher ID number and account number are the same. This number should be included on all checks and correspondence to the college and is located at the top right hand of the statement.
How can I set up a monthly payment plan for the academic year?
You may contact TuitionPay services, tuitionpay.salliemae.com/goucher or call their toll free number 1-800-635-0120.
What meal plan will I be charged on my fall statement?
Returning students are charged for the meal plan they select during room draw for the fall semester. New students will be charged the 190 meal plan. Meal plans may be changed online (See Billing Web forms) until Sept 14, 2009. Students should monitor their meal plan usage, as meals and dining dollars expire at the end of each semester.
Do I have to pay the Health & Counseling Fee ($316) & Student Activities Fee ($175)?
Yes, you will pay these mandatory annual fees in the fall, however you will not be charged again in the spring.
What are the OneCard and Gopher Bucks?
The OneCard is the electronic gateway to the campus. It serves as an identification card, an electronic key for access to campus buildings, a debit card for on- and off-campus spending, and a Goucher library card. Money can be added to this account at any time as Gopher Bucks can be used to purchase a variety of goods and services including, textbooks and food.
What happens if I cannot pay my bill by August 4, 2009?
Your student will not be able to attend classes or have access to a residence hall or other college facilities unless the fall balance has been satisfied. Please contact the Billing Office as soon as possible if you need to discuss payment options.
Where do I send an overnight payment?
