Though grief is a normal and natural response, you may react with great sadness, anger, confusion, nervousness, numbness, jitteriness or combinations of these. Although we all experience grief and loss at some point in our lives, it is important to move toward recovery. If you are grieving the loss of a friend or loved one and need help resuming your regular activities, we encourage you to call
Student Health and Counseling at 410-337-6481 to speak to a counselor. While it’s important to take time to grieve, remember to stay connected with those who are important to you and invest your time, attention and energy in everyday activities.
