Payroll/Human Resources Assistant
Busy human resources office seeks an entry-level Payroll/Human Resources Assistant to assist with employee records maintenance and the processing of weekly pay runs. Duties will also include greeting and assisting visitors and College employees, scheduling appointments, reconciling invoices for payment, significant filing, and other administrative tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will have prior experience processing payroll with ADP; and will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
