Contact: Derek FordThe Goucher Student Labor Action Committee is dedicated to increasing student awareness of and participation in the revolutionary struggle to end all forms of exploitation. We recognize that institutions of oppression such as war, racism, sexism, the prison-industrial complex, and heterosexism are currently reproduced through the capitalist system. We seek to dismantle these networks of domination in the tradition of autonomous marxism, by advocating for socialism, a system where the people have collective control over the wealth created by their labor. Through educational campaigns and direct action, we will build solidarity between students, workers, and oppressed groups throughout the world.
