Microfridges

If you have a Microfridge rental, you should have already received a letter from King Rentals with the date and time of pick-ups in your hall. Students should have units defrosted, cleaned, and ready to be picked up in order to be eligible for deposit return.

Please be available to have the unit checked in your presence, if at all possible. Place the unit near the exit door of your room. If you or a roommate cannot wait, you may place the unit outside the door only during the time noted on the letter (with your name and room number noted on it) as long as it is secure. Keep it in your room at all other times (occasionally pick-ups require more time and they may need to come back for your unit another day—please store it in your room if this is the case). You are responsible until the unit is picked up. If a unit requires cleaning or has missing or broken parts, the residents of the room are responsible for all costs.
