Billing for Room and Common Area Damages

The house is responsible for making sure that the commons room, kitchen, bathroom and hallways are left in good condition. Communities will be charged for bathroom, hallway, commons room, or kitchen damage, as well as missing or damaged furniture, trash removal, and clean up. Individuals are charged for damage to student rooms.

For an itemized list of charges, please put your request in writing to the Office of Community Living. If you wish to appeal a specific charge, you should do so in writing no later than August 1st for consideration.
