Study Abroad in a Non-Goucher Program

  • Qualified students should obtain a Leave of Absence form from the International Studies office and submit a letter stating why they want to participate in a non-Goucher program.
  • Obtain approval of selected courses from their major advisor.
  • Obtain approval from the International Studies office.
  • If the credits fall within the student's last 24 credit hours, the student must petition to the associate dean of undergraduate studies for permission to take the courses outside of Goucher College.
  • Student must submit the Leave of Absence form to Student Administrative Services for financial aid and student billing to sign.
