Thanksgiving Break

The residence halls close for Thanksgiving Break on Tuesday, November 20th at 10:00 p.m. Residents should coordinate their travel plans to vacate the halls by this time.

Before you depart, we ask that you prepare your room by completing the following:

1. Remove food and all garbage to avoid pests.
2. Close and lock all windows.
3. Take home fish and birds.
4. Take home all valuables.
5. Turn off and unplug all electrical appliances (computers, lights, fans, alarms, etc.).
6. Lock your door!!!
7. Sign out on your RA’s door before you leave.

The residence halls reopen on Sunday, November 25th at 9:00 a.m.

Anyone who needs an exception to the listed closing times must get approval by Friday, November 13th, 2007 through the Office of Community Living and Multi-Cultural Affairs.
