The Career Development Office's mission is designed to help students and alumnae/i find and pursue career paths and passions that combine their values, interests, and skills. We are committed to providing holistic and innovative approaches to life planning and job skill development by creating a welcoming space and providing a full range of services, programs, resources and opportunities.
Walk-in Advising:
Drop in for a 15 minute consultation Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. On Wednesdays evening walk-ins are available from 4 to 6 p.m. Schedules may vary; contact the CDO for up-to-date hours.

For expert guidance in crafting a killer resume, stop by the CDO during resume advising hours. The resume advising hours for Fall 2009 will begin on September 7, and include the following times:
Monday, 11 a.m. - noon
Tuesday, 1 - 2 p.m.
Wednesday, 10 - 11 a.m.
Thursday, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Friday, 1 - 2 p.m.

On-Demand Workshops
On-demand workshops are Power Point presentations with sound that run automatically once you start them. These workshops will give you the basics on topics such as resume and cover letter writing, as well as the process of earning credit for an internship. Internship Overview Sessions
Willing to work for credit? Attend a 30 minute session on the process, policies, and possibilities of receiving academic credit for an internship. You can also view this overview on-line, through the on-demand workshop site.
