Employment Agencies
Third-party recruiters, sometimes referred to as headhunters or search consultants, are independent consultants used by companies to locate qualified candidates for professional positions. They can be a useful resource in getting your name out to prospective employers, but there are some potential disadvantages to using them of which you should be aware.
