The purpose of Summer Orientation is to provide first-time, first-year students the information they need to successfully obtain classes for the fall semester, interact and connect with faculty, staff, and students, obtain departmental information related to their potential majors, and learn about student life opportunities as a Goucher student.
Summer Orientation 2010 will take place Monday, June 14 and Tuesday, June 15. Students only need to attend one of these days. Students interested in taking dance classes or equestrian classes should plan to attend Summer Orientation on Tuesday, June 15 to participate in placement tests to determine the appropriate class level.
