Have you ever experienced a problem with accessing your email, files on Darwin or Magellan, or even just getting on the Internet? Ever wondered if it’s just happening to you? If so, call the Help Desk anytime to find out if there is a system wide problem.
If you get the Help Desk voice mail message you can now select option 3 to get the latest system status. Information may include server down time due to scheduled maintenance, power outage affecting Internet access, unforeseen server troubleshooting (information will be provided as soon as possible), and more. This option is available day or night for your convenience.
