Scheduling Rooms for Film Viewing Policy
In order to comply with the Copyright Revision Act of 1976, library rooms may be scheduled for a group film viewing only in connection with face-to-face teaching activities, with the professor present. Viewing Media- Room Information for Faculty
Faculty can use the following rooms in the Athenaeum to show VHS tapes/DVDs in class:
- Athenaeum 111 (not multi-standard)
- Athenaeum 321
- Athenaeum 322 (not multi-standard)
- Athenaeum 426 - Pinkard (not multi-standard)
Viewing Media- Room Information for Students
Students can use the following rooms in the Athenaeum to view a VHS tape or DVD that is on reserve:
- Athenaeum 321
- Athenaeum 342
- Athenaeum 435
- For individual viewing, the library has two VCR stations on the fourth level of the stacks
- Dubbing stations in the Information Commons
