A talk by Associate Professor Juliette Wells: Two-hundred years later and thousands of miles away, how and why do we American readers continue to feel close to Jane Austen's world?  Including a discussion of the incomparable Austen collection donated to Goucher by Alberta Hirschheimer Burke '28.
