Favorite season:  Fall.  The smells, the sound of leaves crunching beneath your feet, and the fact that it's cross country season (and my birthday) makes it special for me.
Favorite spot on campus:  There is a creek that runs through part of our trails on campus.  It's the most peaceful, most glorious spot and it brings me so much rejuvenating energy.

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be? I would love to be able to beat-box.  It has been a dream of mine to do that since the 6th grade when I joined the middle school choir.
What was the most amazing meal you've ever had? I love when my mom makes this chicken that takes about two days to prepare.  She will marinate chicken in a concoction of spices, sliced oranges, fresh orange juice, raisins, chipotle sauce, tomatoes, and olives, and leaves it marinating over night.  It is served with rice and the chicken is so tender it falls off the bone.

What is the best vacation you ever took? A few summers ago, I went with my aunt, uncle, and cousin to Canada to see Niagara Falls and Toronto.  It was so amazing!  I went fishing for my first time in Lake Ontario near a small fishing village called Port Hope.  I caught a 30-pound salmon!  It was quite an experience.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be? I really want to become a proficient Spanish speaker.  I love the flow of the language and all of the culture that revolves around the language.

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?  I would love to learn to sing and play the guitar- preferably at the same time, but beggars can't be choosers!
What was the most amazing meal you've ever had?  My favorite thing to make is an over easy egg cooked into cinnamon raisin toast using coconut oil, topped with cinnamon, sugar, salt, pepper, and...ketchup!  It might sound strange, but trust me; your mind- and taste buds- will be blown if you try it.

What is your favorite spot on campus? My room (wherever it is).  I enjoy my solitude and controlled air temperature.  I have many other places on campus that I love to be at different times during the day, but nothing beats decompressing at the end of the day in the comfort of your own bed.

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be? Quilting.  This summer, my family and I saw an exhibit at the Museum of Fine Arts all about hand-stitched quilts.  They take an insane amount of time and attention to detail to make but they come out looking so beautiful.
What was the most amazing meal you've ever had? One time I went out for dinner for my boyfriend's birthday (in September) and we got butternut squash ravioli at this super upscale restaurant.  I remember thinking that those ravioli were what fall must taste like and it was amazing.

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be? I would love to learn how to scuba dive because I would love to chill with the sea turtles, but I'm terrified of the ocean- so that wouldn't exactly work out!

Most interesting class you have taken so far: The Tropical Ecology class that I took when I was abroad in Costa Rica.  It was outside of my usual field of study, and I LOVED getting to explore the tropical rainforest every day and learn about all of the plants and animals in the beautiful Monteverde region.
