Housing Prices

The pricing structure for on-campus housing in the 2012-2013 school year is:

• Triple room = $6032.00/yr, $3016.00/sem
• Single room = $7,032.00/yr, $3,516.00/sem
  This rate applies to all rooms in Welsh apartments
• Double room with semi-private bathroom access = $6,688.00/yr, $3,344.00/sem
  This rate applies to all on campus apartments with the exception of Welsh apartments
• Basic room rate = $6,532.00/yr, $3,266.00/sem
  Students should be mindful of this change when choosing a room.
