If you are experiencing problems with heating, air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, insect/pest concern, or other maintenance issues, complete the form below to report the problem.

If you need immediate assistance, please call Facilities Management Services (FMS) at 410-337-6166.

If this is a technology issue (e.g., computer, wireless access, Internet access, software, cable television, etc.), please submit a Help Desk ticket, email helpdesk@goucher.edu, or call the Information Technology Help Desk at extension 6322 (410-337-6322).
