A Goucher transcript must be requested in writing with a hand written signature and date.
Official transcripts can be sent only by mail. Unofficial transcripts can be faxed or emailed.
The Transcript Request form is available at this link or you may send a letter with the following information:
Current or Not current student
Last Date of Attendance
Name at time of attendance if changed
Goucher ID (if known)
Your name, address and phone number or other contact information
The recipient's name and address
Transcript are normally processed within 3-5 business days and then mailed out.
A RUSH transcript is available within 24 hours processing time during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm. The RUSH fee is $10 per transcript and applies to all rushed transcripts, official and unofficial, mailed, faxed or emailed. Mailing time is in addition to the 24 hour processing time.
If a FEDEX delivery is request, you must contact FedEx to pay additional FedEx fees and then provide us the FedEx account # for delivery.
