A written request with your signature is needed to process your transcript.
You can fax your request to Student Administrative Services (SAS) at 410-337-6504
Mail your request to us at:

Email a scanned .pdf document that includes the student's signature to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your request should include your:
- Full name
- Your name while you attended Goucher, if different
- Full address
- Date of birth
- Your signature
- The number of transcripts to be sent
- Complete addresses for the recipients
- Whether the transcripts to be sent are official or unofficial
- A phone number to reach you in case of any questions
Each term, official transcripts and online course history are not available for current students from the end of classes until the grading period ends.
You are allowed 10 free copies of your transcript each academic year from June 1 through May 31. There is a $5 fee per transcript if you go over this limit.
Official transcripts cannot be faxed or emailed.
Your request will be processed within 3-5 business days. Rushed transcripts are processed within 1 business day and sent out by regular mail. A rushed transcript costs $10 each. We accept cash, check, or money order, written to Goucher College.
FedEx delivery of a rushed transcipt is an additional separate charge.To have a transcript FedExed, please contact FedEx, pay the additional fees, and contact our office with the FedEx account number for the delivery.
Transcripts may be released to a spouse, parent, the executor of the estate, or a surviving child, upon the production of a death certificate, court order, or subpoena.
