Due to online grading for the fall 2013 semester, transcript requests by current students cannot be processed from the start of the grading period, December 11, until all grades are submitted and the grading period ends, January 3, 2014. The unofficial transcript on myGoucher is also not available during this time.
Transcript requests that are received on or after December 11, will be processed as quickly as possible, in the order they were received, starting January 3, 2014. If you want a transcript before fall 2013 grades are posted, you must make your request by December 6.
A written request with your signature is needed to process your transcript.

Email a scanned .pdf document that includes the student's signature to email@example.com.
Your request should include your:
- Full name
- Your name while you attended Goucher, if different
- Full address
- Date of birth
- Your signature
- The number of transcripts to be sent
- Complete addresses for the recipients
- Whether the transcripts to be sent are official or unofficial
- A phone number to reach you in case of any questions
Each term, official transcripts and online course history are not available for current students from the end of classes until the grading period ends.
You are allowed 10 free copies of your transcript each academic year from June 1 through May 31. There is a $5 fee per transcript if you go over this limit.
Official transcripts cannot be faxed or emailed.
Your request will be processed within 3-5 business days. Rushed transcripts are processed within 1 business day and sent out by regular mail. A rushed transcript costs $10 each. We accept cash, check, or money order, written to Goucher College.
FedEx delivery of a rushed transcipt is an additional separate charge.To have a transcript FedExed, please contact FedEx, pay the additional fees, and contact our office with the FedEx account number for the delivery.
Transcripts may be released to a spouse, parent, the executor of the estate, or a surviving child, upon the production of a death certificate, court order, or subpoena.
