When you click on the "[listen now]" link, the Voicebox episode you want to hear will automatically begin to download. The file may be fairly large, but downloads should never take more than a couple of minutes. Once the episode has been downloaded, it should appear automatically in your computer's default media player (most often iTunes, RealPlayer, or Windows Media Player).
Voicebox audio episodes will usually be mp3 files; video will usually be mpeg files. Both formats are standard and widely supported. Your computer should alert you if you need new or updated software in order to play them.
Have you considered making the downloading process automatic by subscribing to Voicebox? When you subscribe, new Voicebox episodes will automatically appear in your RSS reader or iTunes client.
