Registration Policy

Deadlines:

APSI students may upgrade their original registration from non-credit (audit) to graduate credit - Deadline: The end of the second day of class.

APSI students may change their original registration from graduate credit to the non-credit option - Deadline: June 6, 2016.

Policy Details:

Upon registering, students may select if they want a course for credit or non-credit and pay the corresponding amount/use the MOU code.

Change Non-credit to Graduate Credit:

If a student determines they need to take the course for credit, they have until the end of the second day of class to make that election.  Participants may upgrade their registration from non-credit to graduate credit by completing the 2016 AP Summer Non-Credit (Audit) to Credit Form.   The form must be signed by the faculty member teaching the course or a Goucher staff member, and dated by the second day of class.  The change form would only be valid if accompanied by a valid form of payment ($540 to increase to 3-credits). The Form must be accompanied by a valid method of payment (credit card, certified check, etc.).  If payment is returned for any reason, the registration will revert to the non-credit status and no graduate credits will be granted.  

Change Graduate Credit to Non-credit:

If a student determines they need to change to the non-credit option, they have until June 6, 2016 to make that election.  Participants may change their registration from graduate credit to the non-credit option by completing the 2016 AP Summer Credit to Non-Credit Form.   The form must be signed by a Goucher staff member and dated by June 6, 2016.
