Federal Direct Loan Requirements for First Time Borrowers

If you will be receiving a Federal Direct Stafford student loan or a Federal Perkins loan there are forms that must be completed if you are a first-time loan borrower:

1.  Federal Direct Stafford Loan Master Promissory note is a lifetime document and is completed at:

2.  Federal Direct Loan Entrance Counseling will explain your rights and responsibilities as a Federal student loan borrower: 

Conduct Direct Loan Entrance Counseling Session
