Premier Soccer School at Goucher College

The Premier Soccer School at Goucher College returns for its second year, after a highly successful 2012 camp. The Premier Soccer School is designed to give the serious soccer player the on-and-off the field knowledge necessary to achieve his soccer dreams. Through the use of Goucher College's top-rated facilities, campers will be placed in the perfect environment to learn and grow.

The Premier Soccer School features some of the nation's elite coaches, who have experience at every level of college soccer. Our coaches will provide exceptional training to help prepare campers for the complete college soccer experience. Each player will receive a detailed evaluation, and will be able to use the coaching staff as a reference during the college recruiting process.

Our goal at the Premier Soccer School is to provide a fun and competitive environment for each player to develop his technical skills and to apply those skills to game situations. We believe that the game is the best teacher, so campers are exposed to small and full-sided games every day. By competing against highly talented players from around the country, campers will have the ideal setting to showcase their talents and explore new approaches on how to play the game. We hope that each camper will leave camp having learned new skills and how to apply those skills in exciting and challenging game situations.

The Premier Soccer School is fortunate to have use of the same facilities as the Goucher College Men's Soccer Team. Use of these facilities will provide each camper with the maximum experience and education. The facilities include:


The Premier Soccer School will use Beldon Turf Field, which is the home of the Goucher College Gophers. In addition to use of this official game field, campers will also have access to the grass soccer fields, which will enhance each player's ability to play on different surfaces.

Dining Hall

All campers will eat meals in Stimson Dining Hall, which is currently ranked 18th in the nation, for best food.


All participants will stay on campus in one of the College's air-conditioned residence halls; participants will be assigned a roommate. All residence halls are conveniently located near Stimson Dining Hall and the playing fields.

College Recruiting Seminar:

The Premier Soccer School provides one of the most unique college soccer seminars in the country. Led by the camp director, Bryan Laut, who has coached at all three levels of college soccer, and featuring visiting coaches and staff, the Premier Soccer School will review, in detail, the recruiting rules and overall process for all divisions of NCAA soccer. Participants and their parents are invited to attend this seminar, so that each family gains a full understanding of the college recruiting process. The College Recruiting Seminar will take place on Saturday night, which is the last night of the camp. Following the seminar, parents are invited to attend the night games on Beldon Turf Field.
