All reservations will be approved by the Office of Events, Scheduling, and Facilities Rentals, depending on the current guest schedule. In the event of a cancellation within one week or less of a guest's stay, a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay (based on the type of room reserved) will apply. Long-term rental cancellations are subject to a different cancellation fee, at a rate to be determined based on the length of the reservation. A cleaning fee of $25 will apply for any dirty dishes, trash, etc. left in the house following a guest's departure. Goucher House policies regarding cleanliness, trash, and use of common rooms are provided before each guest's arrival.
