Rooms and Rates

The Goucher House offers use of four guestrooms.

Bedroom 1 is on the entry level and contains one double (full) size bed and private bathroom. This bedroom also offers a private entrance, in addition to the entrance through the main part of the house. The per night rate to rent Master Bedroom 1 is $75.

Bedroom 2 contains a queen size bed and a private bathroom, and is located on the upper level. The per night rate to rent Master Bedroom 2 is $75.

Bedroom 3 has two twin size beds and is located on the upper level. This bedroom has access to a shared bathroom in the upstairs hallway. The nightly rate to rent Bedroom 3 is $60 per person.

Bedroom 4 has one double (full) size bed also located on the upper level. This bedroom has access to a shared bathroom in the upstairs hallway. The per night rate to rent Bedroom 4 is $60.

Common Areas are available for all guests to use and include a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen (with refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, cabinets, and cooking supplies), first-floor half bath, and basement with washer and dryer.
