You're a Goucher graduate, and your connection to your Gopher home never has to end!  The CDO is one way to stay connected to Goucher- whether you are seeking a job, applying to graduate school, or ready to offer advice and support to the next generation of Goucher students.

Below are some ways that you can connect with the CDO based on where you are in your own professional journey.

"I need help finding a job."

All individuals who have earn an undergraduate degree from Goucher College are welcome to schedule a consultation (in person or over the phone) with one of the CDO's career advisors to discuss their career plans.  Depending on where you are in your career journey, we can help you to discover the resources best suited to supporting your search.  To schedule an appointment, please call 410-337-6191, email career@goucher.edu, or contact us through the "About the CDO" page.

In addition, please feel free to take a look at the CDO's online resources for locating full time employment.

"I am ready to return to graduate/professional school and need some help in planning."

As with those seeking employment, the CDO welcomes visits from graduates of Goucher's undergraduate program.  We are happy to discuss the process of researching programs, developing an application, preparing personal statements, and securing funding.  To schedule an appointment, please call 410-337-6191, email career@goucher.edu, or contact us through the "Contact Us" page.

In the meantime, please feel free to take a look at our graduate school resources, including information on graduate school testing, locating programs of interest, financial aid, and law school.

In addition, as members of the Maryland Career Consortium (MCC), the CDO participates in the annual graduate school event "Grad School 101".  This day-long seminar provides useful information about the graduate school application process and is hosted annually in the fall.  For more information, please visit the MCC website.

"I am in professional transition and would like to talk with someone about my options."

No matter where you are professionally, the CDO is happy to offer you a consultation to discuss your options.  To schedule an appointment, please call 410-337-6191, email career@goucher.edu, or contact us through the "About the CDO" page.
