Fall E-bill Notifications

The Fall 2012 E-Billing notifications were emailed to all fall registered undergraduate students on July 6, 2012 and to all parents that have been granted E-Billing access.  Students can still grant E-Billing access to parents at www.goucher.edu/ebilling.

Payment is due on August 4, 2012 (to avoid $200 late fee).

Spring 2012 Payments

All Spring semester payments are due on January 4, 2012. The college is closed for the Holidays and will re-open on January 2, 2012.  To make a real time online student account payment click on the "Make an online payment" link.  (Your student can view the balance via mygoucher). Payments mailed to P.O. Box 418324, Boston, MA, 02241-8324 will continue to be processed even though the college is closed. Happy Holidays.

2011 Graduates

2011 Graduates with credit balances on their student billing account will automatically receive a refund of their credit balances. These refunds will be mailed no later than early July after all final department charges and credits have been received.  Students may view their account via mygoucher to check for credit balances in late June to see if a refund is due.  Please contact the billing office at billing@goucher.edu if you do not receive your refund by the end of July or have any questions.

Spring 2011 Statement Update

The Spring 2011 tuition payment is due on January 4, 2011.  Tuition payments will be processed even though the  the college is closed December 24, 2010 - January 2, 2011.  Make your secure real-time payment online at www.goucher.edu/webpay. If mailing, mail your payment along with the bottom section of the Statement to Goucher College, Student Administrative Services Office, P.O. Box 631034, Baltimore, MD  21263-1034. Please note payments received after January 4, 2011 will incur a $150 late fee.

If your spring statement requires an adjustment, submit the spring semester account correction worksheet www.goucher.edu/accountcorrection and remit the adjusted balance by 1/4/10. If you are changing from the meal plan charged on your Spring statement or adding a meal plan, you should submit your meal plan change online at www.goucher.edu/mealchange. Deadline to change spring meal plan 2/4/11. Students can view their updated billing account via mygoucher under the Financial information.

Fall Balance

Registration for the Spring 2012 term is right around the corner in Mid November. Fall 2010 Statements

The Fall 2010 Statements have been mailed! Please pay bill by August 4, 2010 to avoid $150 late fee and fall potential hold at check in (see payment options on this page).  If you are changing from the meal plan charged on your Fall Statement or adding a meal plan, submit change online at www.goucher.edu/mealchange (meal plan changes cannot be accepted after 9/13/10). If your fall statement requires an adjustment, submit the Account Correction Worksheet go to www.goucher.edu/accountcorrection. Tuition Payment Plans 2010/2011 Begin in May 2010!

Goucher College is pleased to offer you an affordable payment option through TuitionPay.  You can spread out your 2010/2011 Tuition and Fees over 10 months (May 2010  through February, 2011).  The only cost is a $55 Enrollment  fee.  Contact TuitionPay (1-800-635-0120) or visit  the TuitionPay Web site  TuitionPay Enroll and click "Enroll Now".
