The Expressions of Diversity Overnight Program offers students of diverse backgrounds the opportunity to experience student life at Goucher College. This program is open to admitted students only. In particular, we encourage multicultural students, students who are the first in their family to attend college, students from underserved backgrounds, and LGBQT students to attend.

Over the course of the program, you will have a chance to:

  • stay overnight on campus with a Goucher student host
  • meet and have dinner with alumni of the college
  • experience a variety of academic, cultural and extra-curricular events
  • learn more about diversity at Goucher

The program begins after Admitted Students Day, on Friday, April 4, 2014. Expressions of Diversity will begin Friday evening and end Saturday afternoon. Current students will be hosting admitted students overnight. Programming is open to admitted students and adults accompanying them. For more information, check out a schedule of this year's programming.

Students who wish to stay overnight must also register for and attend Admitted Students Day on Friday. Due to strong interest in this program, overnight accommodations will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration ends on March 21st. We will respond to your registration and any additional requests as quickly thereafter as possible.  Local transportation arrangements are available, click here for more information. A limited number of travel grants are available, but priority will be given to those who have not already visited Goucher.

Registration for the Friday, April 4th -5th Expressions of Diversity program is now closed. For more information, please call 410-337-6104 (or 1-800-GOUCHER, ext. 6104).
