Play Shakespeare old school this summer... but only if you register by May 15, 2015!

This summer, study and perform with the Maryland Shakespeare Intensive at Goucher College. Learn Original Practices, an approach to acting Shakespeare that captures the form and methods of Elizabethan-era theater companies. Join students from across the country in an intensive three week actor-training course, perform in a Naked Shakespeare productions with actors from the Maryland Shakespeare Company.

Shakespeare Original Practices Workshop: June 8-27th, 2015.

  • College credit offered through the Goucher Theatre Department course, THE 212: Shakespeare Summer Intensive.
  • Morning classes: 9 a.m. – noon; afternoon classes: 2 – 5 p.m.
  • Room: $500. (Includes $100 in Dining Dollars, Gopher Bucks for use at on-campus and some off-campus eateries.) Students will be living in air-conditioned suites in Welsh Hall. Students may also use residence hall kitchens.
  • Tuition: $1,350
  • Register by May 15
