Program Goals
  1. Construct cogent arguments using a logical progression of steps from premise to conclusion
  2. Construct mathematical models and realize the limitation of those models
  3. Acquire an understanding of the breadth and inter-connections of the mathematical sciences
  4. Use computer technology to support problem solving and understanding of mathematical concepts

General Education / Liberal Education Requirements (College Goals)
  1. Students must demonstrate proficiency in written communication.
  2. Students must demonstrate proficiency in a foreign language through the intermediate level.
  3. Students must become informed global citizens and gain intercultural awareness through a study abroad experience.
