The University of Westminster program is for Communications majors/minors, as well as Psychology and International Business students. The University of Westminster is one of London's oldest educational institutions comprised of ten schools on four campuses. The undergraduate student population is 16,000 from the UK and 80 other countries. The School of Communication and Creative Industries is located on the Harrow campus, 30 minutes from the center of London and near a tube stop. The curriculum of the School of Communications and Creative Industries is comprehensive and offers both theoretical and practical courses. The Harrow campus holds broadcast quality TV, radio, photography, and music studios, and computer facilities. Goucher students will earn four credit hours per enrolled course at Westminster (a typical course load is 4 courses per semester). Communications students live on the Harrow campus in a dorm. The Westminster Business School is located on the Marylebone Campus in London. The School of Social Sciences is located on the Regent Campus. International Business and Psychology students will be housed in one of Westminster's other dorms located in London. The Westminster program is for fall, spring, or the academic year. Eligibility and Prerequisites
Communications, Psychology, and International Business majors/minors with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher are eligible to apply. Students must have completed three semesters in college-level residence. Students must have taken prerequisites for courses. Please note that Communications students who wish to take practical courses must provide a portfolio with their application that is subject to review by the University of Westminster.
