Russian Minor
Students minoring in Russian must accumulate a minimum of 18 credits at the 200 and 300 levels, with at least one course at the 300 level, and complete the following coursework:
- RUS 231 or RUS 248,
- RUS 251,
- WL 253, WL 259 or other.
The Language-Through-Linkage Option
Students should also be aware of the opportunities for perfecting their language skills while pursuing courses based in other departments. In these courses, students enroll simultaneously in a one-credit language course and in the three credit course to which it is attached. In addition to the class meetings and requirements of the three-credit course, students have special meetings with the language section to discuss films, readings, and presentations in the target language.
