Economics Minor

Required Courses for the Minor

The following 8 courses are required for a minor in economics:

• EC 101 - Principles of Economics: Microeconomics
• EC 102 - Principles of Economics: Macroeconomics
• EC 206 - Economic & Business Statistics or another acceptable statistics course
• EC 216 - Intermediate Microeconomics
• EC 217 - Intermediate Macroeconomics
• Two 200-level economics electives (not including EC 240)
• EC 396 or EC 397 - Seminar in Microeconomics or Macroeconomics
