The Economics Department at Goucher College seeks candidates for a tenure-track assistant or associate professor to begin in Fall 2014. The successful candidate will teach international economics, introductory and intermediate microeconomics, another course in international and/or applied microeconomics, and contribute to college-wide programs.
A Ph.D. in economics must be completed by August 2014. Candidates must be committed to teaching and scholarship in a liberal arts environment.
Goucher College is a selective liberal arts college located 20 minutes north of Baltimore, and is the first college in the nation to require undergraduate students to study abroad. Goucher is committed to increasing the diversity of the campus community, and seeks applications from those who would contribute to this effort.
